HIGHLY advanced English.

Advanced skills in Next.js, React,

GraphQL, Supabase, Vercel, and Google Cloud Platform.

Talamo is a fast-growing ed-tech start-up helping schools identify and support neurodiverse students early. Launched in 2024 with a dyslexia test, it now works with 400+ schools and has completed thousands of tests.

Your skills

Hands-on and adaptable: You love being in the thick of development

and can shift gears quickly when needed.

Adaptability is key.

You should value best-practices that ensure

quality output - things like continuous deployment, testing, code

reviews, pair programming and retros.

You have an interest in management,

and have had some experience leading a squad or small team

previously.

Open to AI: You understand the practical applications of LLMs (not

just hype) and see how AI can improve personalisation in technology.

Understand how to increase

productivity without sacrificing quality.
