DevOps Developer

Great opportunity to join a leading logistical organisation in their expanding DevOps team where you will be scoping, developing, and implementing new systems as well as new features on existing web and desktop applications.

You will be a self-starter who works well on individual and team related projects, with previous DevOps experience as well as demonstrable experience in Backend technologies, including SQL Server, MySQL & API Development, experience with 3rd Party API Integrations & complex server-side logic as well as NodeJS frameworks including ReactJS, NextJS, NestJS etc.

You will have commercial experience in Frontend Web development technologies, including HTML, CSS & JavaScript/Typescript as well in using Git or related technologies. Ideally you will have TDD or BDD development experience as well as an understanding of DevOps tools and practices for CI/CD

You will be used to working in an Agile environment, have great inter-personal skills and be happy to work in Hatfield (3 days per week) with 2 days remote – please note during early stages of the role you will be in Hatfield 5 days per week for training and development.

The starting salary will be between £40,000 and £45,000 plus benefits and excellent career development prospects.
