Service Desk Engineer

Job Description

Great opportunity for a Help / Service Desk professional with at least 2 years of experience to further their career working on-site for an expanding IT services client at their head office in Maidenhead, Berks.

You will have exceptional customer service and communication skills along with strong problem-solving and prioritisation abilities.

Technically, you will demonstrate a commercial knowledge of as many of the following as possible:

  • Active Directory, Windows Server 2012+
  • Windows 10+, Microsoft Office
  • Microsoft 365 Administration
  • Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, Email)
  • VoIP systems
  • MS Teams and SharePoint Online
  • Apple products
