In our experience, many companies that we talk to are stuck about what they should do with AI. Do they go all-in? In our experience, most are wary - and without any in-house knowledge, where do they even start?

This is the space that we envisage filling. The people behind Method Grid are not just a group of experienced Consultants, with deep knowledge of scaling Professional Services firms; we also have an outstanding team of developers and engineers to back-up what we say we can do, delivering complex AI-rich features and solutions.

We say ‘envisage’ as this position has been created to set-up the Consulting arm of Method Grid (under a new brand), with a laser-like focus on AI and data transformation.

This position will appeal to someone with an entrepreneurial spirit; we’re still in the early stages of our journey, so you will have the opportunity to shape our proposition and build a world-class team around you.

About you

You will be well-versed in selling and delivering AI/Data projects and services but might be concerned that your current role/firm is not going to fully explore the potential of what this might offer.

We’re all-in.

It’s likely that you’ve already built a presence in this area, whether through Thought Leadership pieces or a meticulously built network. You’ll have real-world experiences of selling (and delivering) AI consultancy services to customers.

The role

As a Senior Consulting Lead you will drive new client acquisition and growth, utilising our marketing expertise and your network to leverage new business. You’ll also act as an Engagement Lead on major pieces of work.

Just as important as your background, is the requirement for you to be an inspiring leader. We have a small team of very talented Consultants – which we’re looking to expand – and your leadership style will ensure that their development is a key priority.

It’s a big role and there’s lots to do – while you won’t quite be starting with a ‘blank piece of paper’, it’s not far off - but this should be something that’s motivating to you.
