Contract Solutions Architect Retail

Location: Remote/UK Contract: 6-12 months Start: Immediate

The Role We're seeking a Solutions Architect to design retail-focused omnichannel solutions. You'll work on systems for personal shopping, carrier management, extended aisle shopping, loyalty programmes, and retail portals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design omnichannel solutions for retail.

• Build systems for shipping, stock management, and customer loyalty.

• Integrate platforms like Salesforce, SAP, or Shopify using APIs.

• Collaborate to improve customer experiences.

Requirements

• Experience as a Solutions Architect in retail or ecommerce.

• Knowledge of omnichannel systems and retail tech (e.g., POS, order management).

• Familiarity with Salesforce, SAP, Magento, or Shopify.

• Contract or freelance experience.
