  • Collaborate with sales, engineering and stakeholders to capture and refine requirements
  • Use customer insights, usage data and feedback to inform product decisions

  • Help shape feature concepts with sketches or wireframes when needed
  • Track and report on key product metrics and KPIs
  • Ensure product development aligns with relevant security and compliance standards
  • Input into marketing materials with clear value propositions

  • Confident working with cross-functional teams and managing diverse stakeholder needs
  • Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical skills
  • Able to simplify complex ideas for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Comfortable leading through ambiguity and taking full ownership of delivery
  • Track record of launching impactful features or products

Bonus Points For

  • Cybersecurity industry experience, especially in takedown or detection tooling
  • Experience managing several squads simultaneously
  • Understanding of APIs, SDLC tooling and cloud infrastructure
  • Familiarity with companies tackling digital risk, impersonation or fraud

  • Private health cover including GP access
  • 33 days holiday (including public holidays)
  • Two paid volunteering days per year
  • Enhanced family leave benefits
  • Pension with 4% employer contribution
