Job Description We're looking for a Dynamics 365 Data Lead to provide technical oversight and data governance across a critical CRM transformation programme.

This isn't a hands-on dev or delivery manager role, it's a strategic technical position where you'll sit across multiple workstreams, ensuring the Dynamics 365 (CE) environment is optimised for long-term scale, data quality, and AI integration.

You'll work closely with engineering, product, and architecture teams to challenge decisions, resolve dependencies, and help standardise the data model in line with Microsoft best practices.

Key Skills

• Deep experience in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM
• Strong understanding of data architecture, modelling, and governance
• Comfortable navigating Power Apps and Azure data platforms
• Ability to work across teams to identify technical dependencies
• Credible with engineers; able to zoom in and out technically

Ideal for someone who has operated as a CRM Data Consultant, Technical Data Architect, or Principal Engineer with hands-on experience in enterprise CRM/data environments.
