Data Analyst - Product | Sports Betting | Hybrid London (2–3 days per week) | £50,000–£60,000 + Bonus & Equity

We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join a fast-scaling sports entertainment startup at the forefront of social betting innovation. This is an opportunity to take complete ownership of analytics, event tracking, and reporting across a proprietary social sportsbook platform - influencing how millions of fans engage with sports through data-driven experiences.

The company is entering an exciting phase of growth and product evolution, and this role sits right at the intersection of Product, Growth, and Engineering. You’ll build out the analytics foundation, ensuring every key decision is guided by reliable, insightful data.

Experience & Skills they are looking for:

• 3+ years’ experience as a Data Analyst, ideally within consumer mobile apps, sports, gaming, or e-commerce
• Hands-on experience with event-based tracking and analytics tools (Mixpanel, Segment, etc.), including the design and ownership of event taxonomies
• Strong SQL skills (CTEs, performance tuning) and proficiency with visualisation tools such as Mixpanel, Power BI, or Looker
• Skilled in cohort analysis, funnel tracking, retention metrics, and LTV modelling
• Familiar with experimentation and A/B testing frameworks
• Confident working with engineers and product teams in an agile setup
• Curious, analytical, and proactive
