Head of Data Engineering - Up to £130,000 + Bonus & Benefits

London - Hybrid - 1-2 days per week in office

Method Resourcing are supporting an innovative business who are looking to bring in a Head of Data Engineering to join them and focus on developing and executing a future-facing roadmap for their data estate.

You will be responsible for the development and delivery of a company-wide data strategy focusing on data quality, governance, and AI readiness.

For this role, we are looking for a highly experienced data leader who is ready to take on a large amount of responsibility and deliver significant value over the coming years.

To be considered for this role you should be able to demonstrate strong commercial experience in:

• Built and managed a team of high-performing Data Engineers
• Defined and overseen a data strategy/roadmap
• Fostering a company culture that places importance on Data quality, governance and best practice
• Prior experience working on AI/ML projects and initiatives is highly desirable
• Advocate for SDLC, scalability, repeatability and simplicity

We are able to offer up to £130,000 for this position and can confirm this is a hybrid role, with 1-2 days a week in the office.
