Salary - £120k + package
I’m currently partnering with a growing technology business in the pensions / financial services space, undergoing a significant transformation driven by new leadership.
They’re looking for a Head of Programme Delivery to take ownership of a large-scale delivery function and play a key role in shaping how programmes are run across the business.
You’ll be responsible for a £20m – £25m portfolio, leading a team of c.12 Project / Programme Managers (growing to 20+)
This is less about hands-on delivery, and more about:
- Owning and evolving the delivery function
- Driving accountability and performance across PMs
- Bringing a strong commercial mindset around client delivery and profitability
- Embedding consistent delivery standards across a scaling organisation
You’ll operate at a senior level, with high visibility and influence across leadership.
What they’re looking for
- Strong programme / portfolio delivery background
- Experience managing large portfolios (£20m+)
- Proven people leadership (managing PMs / delivery teams)
- Comfortable holding teams to account
- Background in financial services / pensions / tech-enabled delivery (preferred)
- Someone who thrives in a growing, evolving environment
- Strong stakeholder management
