My client who are a Tech For Good company is going through a major technology transformation.

Having evolved into a product and data-led organisation, they are scaling their Azure platform to support new products, services and wider market growth.

Their Azure Landing Zone has now been established and is becoming increasingly populated. They are now looking for an Lead Azure Platform Engineer to take ownership of the environment and help mature the platform across governance, resilience, monitoring and infrastructure operations.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership across the full Azure estate.

What you'll be doing:

• Owning and evolving the Azure Landing Zone

• Managing infrastructure through Terraform and IaC

• Driving monitoring, observability and alerting capability

• Supporting DR, governance and audit readiness

• Managing Azure networking, security and RBAC

• Working closely with development, security and external vendors

• Supporting BAU production infrastructure post delivery

Tech Environment:

What they’re looking for:

• Strong Azure infrastructure/platform engineering experience

• Deep Terraform and IaC capability

• Experience with Azure networking and Landing Zones

• Someone comfortable operating independently

• Strong stakeholder management skills

• Ability to bring structure, ownership and engineering maturity
