Method Resourcing have partnered with a growing health-tech organisation who are continuing to scale their data capability. They’re now looking for a Lead Data Analyst to take ownership of how data is defined, governed, and used across the business.
This is a senior individual contributor role with real influence. You won’t just be delivering analysis, you’ll be shaping how the entire organisation works with data.
The role: You’ll operate as the central analytical authority across the business, setting standards, defining KPIs, and ensuring a consistent, trusted view of data across teams. This is a hands-on role where you’ll still be delivering complex analysis and building reporting, but with the added responsibility of shaping direction, improving standards, and supporting a wider analyst community.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders across operations, commercial teams, finance, and clinical functions, helping translate business questions into clear analytical outputs that drive decision-making.
What you’ll be working on
- Defining KPI frameworks and ensuring consistency across the organisation
- Building and maintaining dashboards and reporting used by senior stakeholders
- Delivering analysis that supports strategic and operational decisions
- Acting as the central point of truth when data discrepancies arise
- Supporting teams without dedicated analytics support
- Reviewing and improving the quality of analytical work produced across the business
- Driving better use of data through training, coaching, and knowledge sharing
What we're looking for:
- Strong SQL skills - this is a core part of the role
- Experience working with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
- Experience working with data warehouses and analytical data models (e.g. star schema, dimensional modelling)
- Experience setting or improving KPI definitions and reporting standards
- Ability to work with stakeholders and translate ambiguous problems into actionable insight
- Experience operating in environments where data isn’t always perfect
