Method Resourcing are partnering with a prominent organisation to find an experienced Project Manager/Business partner to support the transition of their new Target operating model.

Experience

• What you'll be doing:
  • Lead the rewrite of the TOM and make sure it works for the business.
  • Own conversations with stakeholders about scheduling and priorities.
  • Support offboarding and transition activities.
  • Challenge existing processes and help shape new ones.
  • Act as a mediator-someone approachable who can keep things collaborative.

What we need:

• Strong understanding of business processes and change management.
• Great communication and influencing skills.
• Someone diplomatic and easy to work with, but confident enough to challenge where needed.

Contract Details:

• Location: Near Stratford - role is remote however ideal candidate can go in once a week when stakeholders are in to push the delivery
• IR35: Outside
• Duration: 3 months with a good chance of extension
• Rate: £425-£450 per day
