DevOps Engineer / Salesforce Developer - £55K-£60K Hybrid - 1-2 days per week in Cardiff 2-stage interview process

Salesforce is the organisation's critical operational backbone, used by 16-18 business teams across the globe. With a new version set to be implemented to improve user experience and efficiency, a dedicated UK Salesforce team of engineers and analysts has been established - and you could be part of it.
The roleAs a DevOps Engineer/Salesforce Engineer, you'll join this newly formed Salesforce development team, building and enhancing applications for a wide range of stakeholders. You'll work on a highly customised Salesforce platform, applying your technical expertise to deliver robust, scalable, and efficient solutions.
This role requires deep technical understanding, hands-on experience with Salesforce architecture, and strong development skills - alongside the ability to thrive in a collaborative, product-focused environment.
Skills & experience required-
Deep knowledge of Salesforce (essential)

Proven experience as a developer

Experience with DevOps, GIT, and CI/CD pipelines

Infrastructure as Code experience

Strong configuration management skills in complex environments

Salesforce certification (advantageous)
This role will see you in the Cardiff office 1-2 days per week so applicants must live in a commutable distance or be willing to relocate.
