We're supporting a large-scale transformation programme within a major enterprise environment who are looking for a Salesforce Test Analyst to join a new Salesforce team (currently has 5 members). This is a great opportunity to play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software products.

The role: You will play a key role in leading testing and quality assurance activities within the Salesforce development team, overseeing the testing function from strategy to execution. This includes managing test plans, implementing best-practice testing methodologies, and ensuring all applications meet high quality standards while adhering to established processes.

The skills and experience we are looking for:

• Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance on Salesforce (essential).
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, testing best practices, and quality assurance processes.
• Proficiency in test management and automation.
• Hands on experience of System and System Integration testing.
• Hands on experience UI and API test automation tools.
• Experience of working within Agile and DevOps delivery models.
• Salesforce certification would be a bonus.

Working pattern: Hybrid - 2 days per week in the Cardiff office.
