Overview We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the consolidation and merger of multiple Active Directory environments into a single, secure Azure-based setup. This is a delivery-focused role requiring strong technical fluency and tight stakeholder control.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end Active Directory tenant/domain merger programme
• Own project planning, milestones, dependencies, and risk management
• Coordinate infrastructure, security, and cloud teams across multiple workstreams
• Ensure minimal disruption to users during migration and cutover
• Govern identity, access, and security controls during and post-merger
• Report progress, risks, and decisions clearly to senior stakeholders

Required Experience

• Proven experience delivering Active Directory mergers or large-scale identity migrations
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Azure, Azure AD (Entra ID), and hybrid identity
• Solid background in infrastructure and enterprise IT environments
• Confident managing complex technical stakeholders and vendors
• Strong documentation and delivery discipline

Nice to Have

• Experience in M&A or multi-organisation IT consolidation
• Exposure to security, compliance, or regulated environments
