Test Analyst Salesforce

Test Analyst - £45K-£50K Hybrid - 1-2 days per week in Cardiff 2-stage interview process

We're working with a leading global not-for-profit organisation that delivers world-class education programmes.

With multiple Salesforce implementations already in place and a new version set to be rolled out to improve user experience and efficiency, the organisation has created a dedicated UK Salesforce team. This group of engineers and analysts is now looking for an experienced Test Analyst to help ensure quality and reliability across its critical systems.

You will lead testing and quality assurance activities within the Salesforce development team, overseeing the testing function from strategy to execution. This includes managing test plans, implementing best-practice testing methodologies, and ensuring all applications meet high quality standards while adhering to established processes.

• Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance, ideally with Salesforce (essential)

• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, testing best practices, and QA processes

• Proficiency in test management and automation

• Hands-on experience with System and System Integration testing

• Skilled in UI and API test automation tools

• Experience working within Agile and DevOps delivery models

• Salesforce certification (advantageous)

This role will see you in the Cardiff office 1-2 days per week so applicants must live within a commutable distance or be willing to relocate.
