Health Researcher/User Researcher - Manchester Hybrid
Our Gov client is currently recruiting for a Health Researcher/User Researcher apart of a piece of work.
Main responsibilities for User Researchers include:
- Lead on the planning and conducting of user research activities.
- Lead on defining the problems and selecting the appropriate research strategies to tackle issues and understand user needs.
- Advocate for user-centred design and champion its value in the team.
- Conduct user research using a range of research methods, selecting the appropriate method, both qualitative and quantitative, depending on the requirements of the programme of work.
- Work with agile teams to develop and advocate appropriate research strategies within project areas, with the goal of understanding user needs for services, and continually improving services.
- Develop recommendations based on a variety of research outcomes, evaluate those outcomes to inform the product or service decision.
We need UR/Researchers who have proven experience of working with vulnerable people.
Location: Manchester 3 days a week and then remote.
Rate: £500 per day Inside IR35
Duration: 6 months
This role will require you to have or be willing to go through Security Clearance. As part of the onboarding process candidates will be asked to complete a Baseline Personnel Security Standard; details of the evidence required to apply may be found on the government website Gov.UK.
