Security Engineer - SC Cleared - Contract

Methods is seeking an experienced Security Engineer for a long term contract opportunity. Due to the nature of this work, full onsite work will be required on the South-Coast of England.

We're looking for someone to work on very complex migration of Firewalls. The client will be moving to new Firewall Services next year so will need to have experience of Migrations, Test Plans, Documentation and driving through to a new Firewall Service.

You Will:

• Be heavily involved in the migration of CISCO/Juniper to Fortinet & Palo Alto within the next 6-12 months.
• Install, configure and support network and Firewall infrastructure within the region
• Develop requirements for Firewall rule implementation including source and destination IPs, Ports, Transport Protocol
• Troubleshooting Network security incidents
• Ensuring network of the customers continues to operate efficiently with no or minimum downtime
• Enterprise network security solutions
• Enterprise network security design standards
