ServiceNow Solution Architect (outside IR35)

Methods We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect on a part time or ad hoc basis.

Daily rate: £700 outside IR35

Location: Reading

Key still: Hands-on experience with ServiceNow on-premise installations and infrastructure architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Design and oversee ServiceNow platform architecture and solution design.

Lead or support on-premise ServiceNow installations, upgrades, and migrations.

Define technical standards, integrations, and platform governance.

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.

Provide technical leadership to development and platform teams.

Ensure performance, security, and best-practice alignment across the platform.

Key Requirements

Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Senior ServiceNow Developer.

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow on-premise installations and infrastructure architecture.

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, integrations, and platform capabilities.

Experience with platform upgrades, performance tuning, and security best practices.

Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
