User Researcher - (GDS experience required)

Methods is looking for a User Researcher with hands on GDS/Gov projects experiences

Daily rate: £400 to £450pd inside IR35

Duration: Initial 6 months

Location: Hybrid - 2 days per week in Newcastle

The Task:

User Researcher required to join a cross-functional team delivering user-centred services in line with Government Digital Service standards.

Essential Skills:
Hands-on experience conducting user research in line with GDS principles
Skilled in qualitative and quantitative methods (eg, interviews, usability testing, surveys)
Able to turn user insights into actionable recommendations
Comfortable working in agile teams and supporting the development of accessible, user-focused services
