International Investment Bank - Investment Banking Associate - Digital Infrastructure

A leading US Investment Bank is looking to add an Investment Banking Associate into their Digital Infrastructure team in London.

This a well-established team that is ambitiously growing its platform thanks to an enviable pipeline across the Digital Infrastructure space with well tenured Managing Directors.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in the execution and origination of high-profile M&A transactions across Digital Infrastructure
• Prepare financial models, valuation analyses, pitch books, and client presentations
• Support senior bankers in the origination and execution of transactions
• Conduct in-depth industry, company, and market research to support strategic insights
• Engage directly with clients, investors, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• 3-5 years of full-time experience in M&A from a reputable Investment Bank
• Digital Infrastructure sector interest would be ideal
• Strong technical skills, including financial modeling and valuation (DCF, LBO, Comps, etc.)
• Exceptional academic background from a top-tier university or business school
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a demanding and intellectually rigorous environment
