IT Director – Enterprise Applications (IFS ERP)

Metric Bio are partnering with a global biologics CDMO on a search for an IT Director to lead enterprise applications, with a heavy focus on IFS ERP .

This leader will own strategy, implementation, and operations across ERP, CRM, supply chain, and finance systems as the company scales from clinical to commercial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead IFS ERP roadmap, delivery, and optimization
• Oversee integrations with systems like Salesforce
• Ensure systems meet business, compliance, and operational needs
• Manage internal teams and vendors driving enterprise solutions
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver data and process improvements

Qualifications:

• 10–15+ years in life sciences IT, with strong IFS ERP experience
• Hands-on ERP leadership supporting biopharma commercial scale-up
• Deep understanding of finance, supply chain, and manufacturing processes
• Strong project management, vendor oversight, and delivery execution
