This role: The Senior Salesforce Administrator will take ownership of our Salesforce platform, ensuring it is secure, optimised, and aligned to business needs. You will manage user access, data integrity, and system configuration, while translating stakeholder requirements into scalable solutions.
Acting as a key bridge between business and technical teams, you will oversee releases, uphold best practices, and drive continuous improvement across the platform. This role also includes mentoring team members and supporting high-quality, reliable day-to-day operations and long-term strategic delivery.

As part of the Salesforce Team, you will provide first class support to our MTVH colleagues enabling them to support our residents.
