What you’ll be doing
- Providing day-to-day 1st and 2nd line IT support to end users
- Troubleshooting across Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Windows desktop environments
- Setting up and configuring devices for new starters and replacements
- Resolving issues via desk-side support, phone, and ticketing systems
- Escalating more complex problems when needed with clear documentation
- Keeping systems stable, secure, and running smoothly
- Building strong working relationships with users across the business
What you’ll bring
- Experience in a 1st/2nd line IT support role
- Confidence working across Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
- Solid troubleshooting skills across desktops and core server services
- A calm, professional approach when dealing with users
- Someone who takes ownership and sees issues through to resolution
