This position is working inside of IR35.

Working within the existing IT support team, the 1st Line Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for being the face of IT and providing first fix support for IT issues. You'll be supporting user remotely and deskside using Office 365 tools.

Required Skills:

- Strong and proven 1st line support background

- Strong experience of supporting Office 365

- Ideally good understanding and experience of Windows Server

- Ideally a good understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts

- Excellent communication & stakeholder management experience

This position would suit a 1st Line Support Analyst/Service Desk Analyst/Service Desk Engineer/IT Technician/Service Desk Technician/1st Line Technician/Desktop Support Analyst/Desktop Support Engineer/Desktop Technician, who has strong experience of providing 1st line service desk support & desktop support.
