An IT Support Engineer is required for an initial 3 month contract, paying between £160 - £180 per day (inside IR35).
Working on-site with the customer near Chichester, you'll be part of the IT support function, providing hands-on 1st and 2nd line support to users across the business.
This is a practical, deskside-focused role supporting a Microsoft environment across Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and desktop technologies.

What you'll be doing:
- Providing 1st and 2nd line support to end users
- Delivering deskside and remote support across the business
- Troubleshooting issues across Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
- Supporting core Windows Server services
- Setting up and configuring user devices
- Logging and updating tickets clearly within the IT service desk system
- Escalating more complex infrastructure issues where appropriate
What you'll need:
- Strong 1st and 2nd line IT support experience
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Experience supporting Windows Server environments
- Confident troubleshooting desktop and end-user issues
- Clear communication skills and a professional on-site presence
This position would suit an IT Support Engineer/1st Line Support Analyst/2nd Line Support Engineer/Desktop Support Engineer/IT Technician/Service Desk Engineer, who is confident working onsite and delivering solid hands-on support.
