As a Construction Manager at MiCiM, you’ll be the heartbeat of day‐to‐day site operations; professional, approachable, and methodical in ensuring our projects run smoothly and safely. You’ll work closely with our site teams, logistics, and trade contractors to implement project plans and keep productivity h
igh.You’ll also take initiative, learn quickly, and communicate confidently in a fast‐paced environm
ent.
You will be responsible
- for:
Keeping the site running safely, smoothly and in line with our project - plans.Carrying out regular quality and safety checks and closing out risks qu
- ickly.Coordinating subcontractors, logistics and design information so work progresses on
- time.Tracking packages, costs, changes and programme progress, escalating issues
- early.Supporting procurement and helping manage trade contra
- ctors.Making sure the right information flows quickly between teams and is properly rec
- orded.Leading or attending package meetings, design reviews, and client up
- dates.Managing 4‐week look‐aheads, long‐lead items, deliveries and site logi
- stics.Supporting handover: sign‐off, O&Ms, training and sna
gging.
What you’ll
