The Role

As the first Customer Success hire, you'll own the full client lifecycle — from onboarding through to renewal and expansion — working directly alongside the CEO as the internal champion for every account.

• Take complete ownership of onboarding: build the plan, drive the timeline, and deliver a smooth go-live

• Act as the glue between Ops, Claims, and Product — removing blockers quickly and keeping clients confident throughout

• Set and maintain the account rhythm: success plans, SLAs, escalation paths, and regular executive-level updates

• Stay ahead of risk, handle escalations with calm and clarity, and turn happy clients into long-term partners and references

• Identify and pursue expansion opportunities across new programs, regions, lines of business, and volume growth

• Build what you learn into scalable playbooks, templates, and processes that the team can grow with
