AI Solutions Architecture Leader £120k Base salary + benefits

We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Architecture Leader to drive the design and delivery of enterprise-scale AI and data solutions.

You will lead end-to-end architecture across AI, machine learning, analytics, and cloud platforms, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and cost-effective.

Key Skills

• 15+ years in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or Technical Leadership.
• Strong expertise in Databricks, AWS, Snowflake, Python, and SQL.
• Experience designing AI/ML platforms, RAG solutions, vector databases, and cloud-native applications.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
• Experience with FinOps, security, governance, and architecture best practices.

Desirable

• Insurance or Reinsurance experience.
• AWS and/or Databricks certifications.
• Terraform, DevOps, CI/CD, and MLOps knowledge.
