Business Change Manager
The opportunity
My client is undertaking a significant global technology transformation, replacing legacy broking platforms with OpenTwins, a modern off-the-shelf distribution programme being rolled out across reinsurance and multiple markets worldwide. We're looking for an experienced Change Manager to lead the people, tech and process side of this rollout from day one.
This is a fast-moving, high-impact programme within a growing, acquisitive organisation. You'll need to hit the ground running, bringing structure and change discipline to a business that is dynamic by nature and not always mature in its change capability.
What you'll be doing
- Lead end-to-end change management across the global OpenTwins technology rollout, covering people, process, and adoption
- Drive practical application of change frameworks, translating strategy into on-the-ground action across multiple legal entities and markets
- Partner with technology, operations, and business leads to manage stakeholder engagement and communications globally
- Help establish and mature change management capability within a complex, acquisitive organisation
- Identify risks and resistance early, developing targeted interventions to drive adoption
- Support training design and delivery aligned to the new platform rollout
Essential experience
- Strong background in change management with London Market insurance or reinsurance exposure
- Proven track record delivering technology-led change programme, platform replacements, system migrations, or equivalent
- Comfortable working within organisations that are growing, decentralised, or not fully change-mature
- PROSCI or Change First (PSCI) certified
