Location: London (Hybrid)

We're looking for an experienced Digital Transformation Consultant to join a growing consultancy delivering technology-led change for leading insurance organisations.

This is a client-facing consulting role where you'll work closely with senior stakeholders to understand business challenges, define requirements and help deliver innovative digital solutions. You'll play a key role in transforming insurance operations by bridging the gap between business and technology.

The Role

• Partner with insurance clients to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for digital transformation.
• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications and actionable delivery plans.
• Work alongside technical delivery teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings and requirements gathering sessions.
• Support the successful delivery of technology and transformation programmes across the insurance sector.
• Work within Agile environments, adapting to changing business priorities.

About You

• Previous experience as a Digital Transformation Consultant, Business Consultant, Business Analyst, Functional Consultant or similar.
• Strong experience within the insurance industry.
• Good understanding of insurance operations, business processes and technology transformation.
• Proven ability to gather, document and translate business requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging senior business leaders.
• Comfortable working in Agile delivery environments.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently or as part of a collaborative consulting team.

Desirable Experience

• Experience with insurance technology platforms, SaaS solutions or systems integration.
• Knowledge of documenting user stories and functional specifications.
• Exposure to client proposals, pre-sales or business development activities.
