Intapp Subject Matter Expert
We are working with a leading international law firm to recruit an experienced Intapp Subject Matter Expert to join its Compliance and Risk function in a systems-focused role.
This position will sit within the New Business Intake function and will play a key role in the ongoing development, optimisation and governance of the firm's Intapp platform. The successful candidate will act as the primary SME for Intapp Intake, Conflicts and Walls, working closely with Compliance, IT, Finance Systems and external vendors to ensure that onboarding and regulatory workflows are efficient, robust and scalable.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Compliance SME for Intapp Intake, Conflicts and Walls
- Support the ongoing maintenance, configuration and enhancement of Intapp and related systems
- Represent Compliance in technology projects, including requirements gathering, design workshops and vendor engagement
- Support UAT, system testing, release activity and post-implementation review
- Provide reporting, data analysis and insight from Intapp and related tools
- Ensure data quality across onboarding and compliance systems, including during migrations
- Produce and maintain system documentation, procedures and user guidance
- Support training and change management activity across the firm
Skills and Experience
- Experience working in a Compliance, Business Acceptance or Risk function within a law firm
- Strong hands-on experience with Intapp Intake and Conflicts (experience with Walls is desirable)
- Solid understanding of AML, CDD, sanctions and client onboarding processes
- Experience supporting system change, optimisation or implementation projects
- Confident stakeholder engagement skills, including working with fee earners and senior business stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
