We're Hiring: AI-Native Product Engineer

Fitzrovia, London (In-person)

We're looking for exceptional software engineers with strong instincts for working with LLMs.

This role is for builders who prototype quickly, refine prompts effectively, and ship production-quality features. You're not just interested in AI. You know how to deliver with it.

You'll help develop tools addressing a major challenge in enterprise IT: enabling large organizations to understand, maintain, and modernize millions of lines of Legacy ERP code.

What you'll work on

Building and shipping full-stack product features

Designing and improving LLM and agent workflows

Turning real user feedback into product improvements

Making complex AI systems feel intuitive and seamless

Rapid iteration in ambiguous problem spaces

We're looking for someone who

Is an excellent engineer or on a strong trajectory

Loves building and shipping products

Has strong product instincts

Has hands-on experience with LLMs (projects, work, hackathons)

Uses AI tools effectively in daily development

Thrives in fast-moving, high-ownership environments

Is curious, resourceful, and high-agency
