We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to join a leading insurance broker based in the City of London. This is a full time role focused on delivering complex change and transformation initiatives across the organisation with a focus toward a new policy admin system. You will play a key role in leading large scale programmes that support business growth, operational improvement, and regulatory alignment within the insurance sector.
This Programme Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, governance, and successful delivery of multiple interconnected projects. This role requires close collaboration with senior stakeholders, technology teams, and business leaders to ensure programmes deliver measurable outcomes and align with strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities include leading end to end programme delivery across business and technology initiatives, establishing programme governance and reporting structures, managing programme budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies, and ensuring alignment with organisational strategy. The role will involve working closely with executive stakeholders and business units to drive change, support transformation initiatives, and ensure adoption of new processes and systems.
Required experience:
- Experience working within the insurance sector (Insurance broking is sought after)
- Experience leading large scale change / transformation within an insurer
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Strong programme governance and delivery expertise, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Experience with regulatory change, operational transformation, or digital transformation within insurance will be highly advantageous.
