Technical Lead (Future CTO)

We're looking for an ambitious Technical Lead with the potential to grow into a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) role.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on technology leader who enjoys solving complex problems, building high-performing teams, and shaping technology strategy.

Key Requirements

• Strong technical leadership experience across modern technology environments.
• Excellent knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure and/or Google Cloud).
• Solid understanding of data security, cybersecurity principles, governance and best practices.
• Passion for emerging technologies, AI and innovation.
• A fast learner who can quickly understand new technologies and business challenges.
• Strong architectural and strategic thinking with the ability to remain hands-on when required.
• Experience mentoring and developing engineering teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Ideal Background

• Experience leading software engineering or platform teams.
• Exposure to cloud-native architecture, DevOps and modern development practices.
• Strong understanding of scalable, secure technology platforms.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to align technology with business objectives.
