Job Title: eDiscovery Technical Lead – Fully Remote
Location: Anywhere in the UK or Northern Ireland (100% remote, office proximity not required)
Salary: £80,000 – £90,000
About the Role:
A top-tier law firm is seeking a senior eDiscovery Technical Lead to join their team. This is a critical, hands-on role for a highly experienced professional who can troubleshoot, lead, and deliver complex technical solutions across the eDiscovery lifecycle.
This role is fully remote , offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK or Northern Ireland. London proximity is not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert technical leadership for the eDiscovery function, including EDRM processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues quickly and efficiently.
- Support eDiscovery managers and other stakeholders with advanced technical guidance.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, building on existing successful foundations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of technical solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement in technical operations and standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Extensive experience in eDiscovery technical leadership within law firms, Big 4, or comparable environments.
- Proven ability to deliver hands-on technical solutions , troubleshooting at pace.
- Deep understanding of EDRM, collections, and relevant platforms (collections experience is advantageous but not mandatory).
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, while collaborating effectively with team members.
- Track record of leading successful technical teams and mentoring staff.
- High attention to detail and a pragmatic, results-oriented approach.
