Description
Owning our CRM system and becoming the internal subject matter expert
Acting as the first point of contact for system queries and troubleshooting
Delivering engaging training sessions (1:1, group, onboarding & refresher)
Creating clear, practical user guides and training resources
Driving system adoption and best practice across teams
Working with stakeholders to improve processes and ways of working
Profile
A successful CRM Support Specialist should have:
Experience supporting or using a CRM/ATS system
Background in internal recruitment, HR support, or helpdesk/customer support
Confident delivering training and explaining systems in simple terms
Naturally organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
Passionate about improving user experience and data quality
Job Offer
