Description

    • Take responsibility for data integrity and accuracy and work with school-based teams to identify areas of improvement in data management
    • Ensure Power BI, dashboards and CRM reporting are accurate and effective
    • Measure key aspects of the admissions funnel (conversion rates by stage, lost sales, response rates, etc) consistently across each school to ensure data is accurately captured the system is delivering the required information
    • Interpret and evaluate data to identify opportunities for improvement and development for recruitment and retention.
    • Ensure the data is regularly cleansed and maintained to maximise the accuracy of reporting
    • Analyse admissions and retention data to identify trends, conversion strengths/weaknesses, bottlenecks, and opportunities.
    • Support the Director of Marketing & Admissions with clear reports and insights following pipeline meetings and feeding into forecasting.
    • Design and deliver CRM system training sessions for staff members.
  • Develop user-friendly training materials and documentation.
  • Assess training needs and tailor sessions accordingly.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to staff on CRM system use.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure system updates and changes are communicated effectively.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes.
  • Maintain accurate training records and reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with CRM system developments and best practices.

Profile

A successful Training Officer (CRM Systems) should have:

  • Experience in analysing data preferably within CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems in general (Full training will be given)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • The ability to adapt training methods to suit different learning styles.
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
