Responsible for unlocking the value of the Firm's financial, operational and client data by turning it into clear actionable insights. These insights will be used to inform strategic decision making, enhance profitability and efficiency as well as enhancing the overall client experience.

Description

  • Manage the extraction of clean validated data from our practice management systems.
  • Maintain data accuracy, consistency and integrity across all platforms.
  • Design and deliver dashboards, reports and KPIs using tools such as SSMS, SSRS, Power BI and Aderant Development Tools.
  • Produce regular reports for leadership purposes.
  • Perform detailed data analysis to support the Firm's strategic decisions.
  • Be able to identify trends, anomalies and opportunities in financial, operational and client data.
  • Support pricing, forecasting and budgeting processes with evidence based models.
  • Ensure all data handling complies with GDPR, SRA regulations and internal policies.
  • Support data governance initiatives, including data quality and audits and metadata management.

Profile

  • Proven experience as a data analyst or business intelligence analyst ideally within a professional services environment.
  • Proficient in Power BI, Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, etc.), and SQL.
  • Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to explain complex data concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Be able to collaborate with colleagues across various departments in the Firm.
