Description

  • Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with the onboarding process, including preparing offer letters and contracts.
  • Handle HR-related queries and provide timely support to employees.
  • Coordinate training sessions and maintain attendance records.
  • Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate data input.
  • Monitor and manage employee absences and leave records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Profile

A successful HR Administrator should have:

  • A solid understanding of HR processes and administrative tasks.
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification is desireable.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
