- Deliver initial technical assistance to internal users and teams.
- Contribute to the upkeep and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure and network systems.
- Oversee timely and effective installation of hardware and software components.

- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of IT procedures and configurations.
- Partner with senior IT staff to support system upgrades and continuous improvements.
- Facilitate onboarding by configuring user accounts, devices, and access permissions.
- Manage helpdesk inquiries and escalate complex technical problems when appropriate.
Profile
- Entry-level certification or academic background in Information Technology or a related discipline.
- Hands-on experience in diagnosing and resolving basic hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with core networking concepts and system administration practices.
- A proactive mindset with a strong drive to troubleshoot and adopt emerging technologies.
- Solid organisational abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Capable of working autonomously while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
