Profile

Entry-level certification or academic background in Information Technology or a related discipline.
Hands-on experience in diagnosing and resolving basic hardware and software issues.
Familiarity with core networking concepts and system administration practices.
A proactive mindset with a strong drive to troubleshoot and adopt emerging technologies.
Solid organisational abilities and a keen eye for detail.
