This role is based within the real estate sector in London. The client is a Central London Real Estate Developer with a small but tight-knit team.

Description

As Office Manager, you will;

  • Oversee the daily operations of the office to ensure efficiency.
  • Manage office supplies and liaise with suppliers for procurement.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members.
  • Maintain office records and manage document filing systems.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and organising training sessions.
  • Act as the point of contact for office-related queries and concerns.
  • Support with IT issues and implementation of IT systems.
  • Provide basic PA support to the Finance Department where necessary.

Profile

A successful Office Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office management role, ideally within Property or Real Estate.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in office software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Job Offer

  • Salary ranging from £40,000 to £45,000, dependent on the level of experience.
  • Generous holiday allowance.
