Operations Coordinator (Part time) Hybrid
This is a varied operational support role that combines stakeholder engagement, systems administration, audit support and process coordination. No formal finance qualifications or previous finance experience are required, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong administrative, operational or coordination backgrounds.

Description
- Support the day-to-day coordination of finance operations processes
- Maintain and update data across internal systems and databases
- Liaise with a range of internal stakeholders to resolve queries and provide support
- Assist with internal audits and compliance activities
- Support governance and reporting processes
- Ensure accurate record keeping and data integrity
- Produce reports and analyse information using Excel and other systems
- Assist with process improvement initiatives and administrative projects
- Coordinate and monitor operational activities to ensure deadlines are met
- Build and maintain effective working relationships across multiple departments
- Provide general operational and administrative support to the wider team
Profile
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels
- Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, operations or support-based role
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications
- Good Excel skills (beneficial but not essential)
- Experience supporting audits, compliance activities or governance processes (beneficial but not essential)
- Experience working with systems, databases or reporting tools (beneficial)
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
Please note: Previous finance experience is not required. We are open to candidates from a range of backgrounds who can demonstrate strong coordination, administration and stakeholder management skills.
Job Offer
- Salary of £21,308 - £23,266 (part-time equivalent)
- 25 hours per week
- Hybrid working arrangement
- Flexible working around core hours
- Office anchor day every Tuesday (08:30 - 16:30)
- Initial temporary contract of minimum 12 weeks
