Description
- Support the maintenance and accuracy of commercial and operational data across business systems, including Salesforce ensuring data integrity and reliable reporting.
- Assist with the administration and coordination of key revenue operations processes to ensure smooth day-to-day business activities.
- Prepare, update, and manage reports, spreadsheets, and data records to support decision-making and business performance.
- Help maintain high standards of data quality, ensuring information is accurate, consistent, and up to date.
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to support operational effectiveness.
- Provide administrative support to the Revenue Operations function, helping to drive ongoing projects and process improvements.
- Respond to internal operational queries and support the resolution of data and system-related issues in a timely manner.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, data management practices, and operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Profile
A successful RevOps Admin should have:
- 1-2 years experience with Salesforce, and confidence navigating business systems and processes.
- Previous experience in an administrative, operations, sales support, or business support role.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate data and ensure high levels of CRM hygiene.
- Good Excel or Google Sheets skills, with the ability to work effectively with large datasets and reports.
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Account Management teams.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset, with the initiative to identify process improvements and see tasks through to completion.
- The adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business environment, with a genuine interest in Revenue Operations and commercial systems.
Job Offer
