Description

Duties of the Senior Data Analytics Manager:

  • Develop and maintain the organisational analytics and reporting strategy.
  • Create a roadmap that improves access to insight across the business.
  • Ensure reporting and analytics activities are aligned to strategic business objectives.
  • Promote a data-driven decision-making culture at all levels of the organisation.
  • Act as the senior business partner for analytics and business intelligence.
  • Develop and implement AI solutions to optimise operations and decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy, security and quality across all analytics activities.
  • Drive the adoption of advanced analytics techniques within the organisation.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to the analytics team.
  • Monitor industry trends in data and AI to keep the organisation competitive.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear and impactful way.

Profile

A successful Senior Data Analytics Manager:

  • Significant experience leading Analytics, Business Intelligence or Reporting functions
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders to drive business performance.
  • Proven track record of delivering reporting and insight programmes.
  • Experience managing and developing analytical teams.
  • Strong understanding of KPI development and performance measurement frameworks.
