Description
- Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times
- Act as the first point of contact for customer support issues
- Liaise with internal teams when necessary
- Diagnose and resolve software and application issues
- Set up, maintain, and remove user network and email accounts
- Provide remote support for a user base of 800+ end users
- Maintain clear communication with customers via phone, portal, and remote tools
- Apply a structured and methodical approach to problem-solving
Profile
A successful Support Technician should have:
- Strong interest in IT (previous IT or application support experience preferred)
- Well-organised, self-motivated, and proactive
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional phone manner
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Basic understanding of PC/desktop architecture
