Website Development Specialist

Description

Develop, maintain, and enhance the organisation's website to meet user needs and organisational objectives.
Ensure the website is optimised for performance, accessibility, and user experience.
Collaborate with the marketing and agency team to integrate content and campaigns effectively.
Manage website updates, including content uploads and design changes.
Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search rankings.
Monitor website performance and troubleshoot any technical issues promptly.
Advise on the latest web development trends and tools to enhance functionality.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and web standards.

Profile

A successful Website Development Specialist should have:

Proven experience in web development within the not-for-profit or similar industry.
Strong knowledge of web technologies, including Wordpress/Elementor.
Experience with content management systems and website analytics tools.
An understanding of SEO principles and practices.
Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and agency teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
