CRM Systems Lead

The CRM Systems Lead is responsible for auditing, documenting, and optimising HubSpot (or equivalent) workflows, pipelines, and lifecycle automations. Ensures clean, scalable, and reliable CRM processes, enabling marketing, sales, and customer teams to operate effectively.

Description

  • Oversee the maintenance and development of the CRM system to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with the Digital team to identify and implement system enhancements.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Provide training and support to team members to maximise CRM usage.
  • Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making processes.
  • Liaise with external vendors for system updates and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to support organisational goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate CRM system performance, recommending improvements where necessary.

Profile

  • 5+ years CRM systems ownership
  • Advanced HubSpot (or similar) configuration experience
  • Experience restructuring CRM architecture
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation, workflow design, triggers, and multi-channel journeys.
  • Experience defining pipelines, lifecycle stages, and lead scoring.
  • Comfortable auditing and cleaning existing CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical skills - can validate data, identify gaps, and recommend fixes.
  • Ability to collaborate with engineers for API/webhook integrations and troubleshooting.
  • Strong workflow automation expertise
  • SQL proficiency (intermediate)
  • Strong documentation and governance mindset
