Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager
In this role, you'll be the go-to person for our client's web analytics, making sure reports are spot-on and tags are managed smoothly. You'll dig into how customers interact with their digital channels, spotting ways they can improve using web analytics (Google Analytics), heat-maps, A/B testing, and research.

Description
- Develop and implement strategies to optimise website and digital platform performance.
- Analyse user behaviour to identify areas for improvement in the digital journey.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to enhance conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the digital team to implement data-driven solutions.
- Monitor key performance indicators to measure the success of optimisation efforts.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Work closely with stakeholders to align optimisation goals with business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital optimisation.
Profile
To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:
- Experience in digital performance analysis and optimisation techniques.
- Proficiency in using tools for A/B testing and user behaviour analysis.
- Experience using Google Tags.
- A strong understanding of digital platforms and user experience principles.
- The ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
